Johnson & Johnson: Employee Engagement

Johnson & Johnson sets ambitious sustainability goals every five years.

J&J recognized the importance of making its 110,000 employees around the world aware of, and engaged with, its Sustainability Goals.

We developed employee activation campaign with the theme of “&,” a statement of inclusion and possibility. The campaign invited all J&J employees  to be part of the solution both at work and at home.

70% of J&J employees worldwide participated in the campaign by selecting their personal “&” activation.
